drive.web's Basic Introduction is a 2-hour-course. Here is a description from driveweb.com:

Quote:
This simple "Getting Started with drive.web" introduction to the drive.web distributed control technology can be downloaded from the drive.web update page. This tutorial uses the full drive.web savvy package and guides the user through the basic features of the technology. It provides an overview of drive.web distributed control technology and shows how to:

* create a "phantom" drive system with AC & DC drives
* navigate around drive block diagrams and drive systems
* identify object attributes
* connect parameters together
* monitor and set parameter values
* set user access levels and passwords
* use parameter "docks"
* show parameter value trend charts, etc.

The introduction to the basic features of savvy will then be followed by an introduction to the savvy graphical signal flow diagram option.

This overview presentation can be either a self-guided tour or can be carried out online on a live demo system with the assistance of a Bardac Engineer. For a guided tour please call 410-604-3400.
